FEMA Allocations Promote Arts and Culture GUAYNABO, Puerto Rico ― The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) allocated nearly $400,000 to boost projects that promote Puerto Rican culture and the arts in the towns of Guayama, Barranquitas and Dorado.
