On February 15, 2023, the FAA published Notice N8900.651, which introduces updated forms and policy regarding airman applications made under Part 65 Subparts D, E, and F. The Notice discusses the following forms: FAA Form 8610-1, Mechanic’s Application for Inspection Authorization.
