FEMA, SBA and the State of Arkansas Are Adding More Sites to Assist Survivors LITTLE ROCK– The state of Arkansas, FEMA and U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will offer face-to-face help at four additional sites this week for residents affected by the March 14-15 and April 2-22 severe storms, tornadoes and flooding. Homeowners and renters in Greene, Hot Spring, Independence, Izard, Jackson, Lawrence, Randolph, Sharp and Stone counties and impacted by the March 14-15 storms and tornadoes and may be eligible for FEMA assistance for losses not covered by insurance. Assistance is also available to eligible residents living in Clark, Clay, Craighead, Crittenden, Desha, Fulton

FEMA, SBA and the State of Texas Are Opening Disaster Recovery Centers in South Texas AUSTIN – In coordination with the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM), FEMA and U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) staff will open four Disaster Recovery Centers (DRCs) on May 28 to offer face-to-face help to residents of the four South Texas counties affected by the severe storms and flooding that occurred March 26-28. Homeowners and renters in Cameron, Hidalgo, Starr and Willacy counties may be eligible for FEMA assistance for losses not covered by insurance. FEMA and SBA will support state-led recovery efforts at the recovery centers.

The State of Arkansas, FEMA and SBA Are Extending Hours to Assist March 14-15 Storm Survivors LITTLE ROCK– The state of Arkansas, FEMA and the Small Business Administration will add new locations in Greene and Sharp counties where residents can apply for federal assistance after the March 14-15 severe storms and tornadoes. They are also extending operating hours at five other sites. Homeowners and renters in Greene, Hot Spring, Independence, Izard, Jackson, Lawrence, Randolph, Sharp and Stone counties may be eligible for FEMA assistance for losses not covered by insurance. Currently eight locations are providing in-person assistance with varying hours and days
