Oneonta, Hamilton, Davenport, Roxbury, Worcester, Middlefield, Hartwick, Maryland, Cooperstown, and Edmeston. This includes the following highway exits... Interstate 88 between 13 and 19. SAFETY INFO... Use extra caution if you must travel into or through this area of heavy snow. Rapid changes in visibility and potentially slick roads may lead to accidents. Locally heavy lake effect snow will impact the I-90 corridor and Syracuse Metro through the morning commute. The main snow band can drop visibility below one quarter mile and can cause areas of blowing snow leading to hazardous travel. If traveling, use caution and allow plenty of time to reach your destination. Snow will accumulate 1 to 3 inches with localized amounts up to 4 inches possible.
