* WHAT...Blowing snow expected. Northwest winds gusting as high as 45 mph will produce areas of blowing snow tonight through Wednesday. There could be a brief period of light mixed precipitation tonight, followed by rapidly falling temperatures. * WHERE...From the Missouri River east through the James River Valley, including Harvey, Jamestown and Oakes. * WHEN...Until 6 PM CST this evening. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dress appropriately as wind chills will be as low as 25 below zero.
