A period of moderate snow will reduce visibility and create snow- covered roadways especially the Highway 2 corridor between Minot and Rugby. This band of snow will also impact travel along Highway 52 and Highway 3. Some areas will receive around 1 to 2 inches in the next few hours. Be prepared for slick conditions and reduced visibility, and be sure to check the latest road conditions.

Wintry weather is ongoing mainly north of the I-94 corridor. Up to 2 inches of additional snow is likely across the north central. Further south, from Watford City to Washburn to Carrington and the surrounding areas, there is a low chance for light ice accumulations this morning from freezing rain. Check the latest road conditions before heading out and give yourself some extra time for the morning commute.
