Winds gusting as high as 35 mph on ridgetops. * WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Idaho. * WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 5 PM MST Friday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
