The greatest additional accumulations will be across Chautauqua and western portions of Cattaraugus county. * WHERE...Chautauqua and Cattaraugus Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities will occasionally drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Travel will be very difficult with deep snow cover on roads and very poor visibility.
