Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will produce blowing and drifting snow on Saturday. * WHERE...The Eastern Lake Ontario Region. There will be localized gusty winds up to 50 mph with a line of showers that's moving across Western New York from the Western Southern Tier to the Genesee River Valley.
