IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... South Bay In Orleans County, Jay, Sheldon Junction, Newport Town, Jay In Franklin County, Black Island, Stevens Mills, South Newport, Bakersfield, Orleans Village, East Franklin, Derby Center, Berkshire, Montgomery Center, Brownington Center, Brownington, Derby Bay, Orleans, Albany, and North Enosburg. This includes Interstate 91 between mile markers 158 and 176.
