Disaster Recovery Center Opens in Butler County FRANKFORT, Ky. – A Disaster Recovery Center will open in Butler County at 1 p.m. April 30 to offer in-person support to Kentucky survivors who experienced loss as the result of the April severe storms, straight-line winds, flooding, landslides and mudslides.
