Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 937 AM EDT, emergency management reported flooding on Bancroft Road between South Bancroft and Wytopitlock. Minor flooding is already occurring. - Bancroft Rd is currently closed east of Wytopitlock. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Locally dense fog will occur through 9 AM. Visibilities will be reduced to a quarter mile or less at times. Much of this is ground fog. Visibilities will also be reduced across ridges and other higher terrain areas. If traveling this morning be alert for visibilities which could change rapidly over short distances. Slow down and leave extra distance between other vehicles.

* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Central Piscataquis, Southern Piscataquis, and Northern Somerset Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Gusty winds could pick up recent snowfall and reduce visibility in areas of blowing and drifting snow.
