Location Change for Disaster Recovery Center in Connecticut FEMA announces a location change to the Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) in Connecticut, a temporary facility established in partnership between the state and FEMA, where survivors affected by the August 18-19 Severe Storm, Flooding, Landslides and Mudslides may go to apply for FEMA assistance, upload documents needed for their application and get their questions answered in person. FEMA’s Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) in Southbury, New Haven County will change locations.
