These bands will continue to move in and out of the warned area through the morning creating hazardous conditions to anyone exposed outdoors for extended periods of time. * WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 6 inches. * WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west central Louisiana and southeast Texas. * WHEN...Until 9 PM CST this evening. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.
