IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Lacassine, Hayes, Bell City, Iowa, Thornwell, and Holmwood. This includes Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 41 and 50.
