* WHAT...East winds 20 to 25 kt and seas 7 to 11 feet. * WHERE...Pohnpei, Kosrae, and Majuro Coastal Waters. * WHEN...Until 6 PM ChST Monday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous for small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Pohnpei Buoy shows combined seas of 9 to 11 feet and Kosrae/Utwe Buoy shows seas of 7 to 9 feet. both with occasional larger waves. Models indicate elevated winds and sea conditions will persist. Also, another pulse of northerly swell will move through the region, mainly Friday through Sunday, and that will cause seas to be very choppy at some locations.

Surf still remains elevated along the north facing reefs, but currently below hazardous levels. Another pulse of northerly swell may cause surf to become hazardous along north facing reefs over the weekend.
