The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes. Impacts on roads are expected even with low accumulations and shortly after precipitation begins.

* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 22 below possible. * WHERE...Gray, Haskell, Meade, Morton, Seward, and Stevens Counties. * WHEN...From Monday evening through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
