Below freezing temperatures will lead to slush and water refreezing into ice on the roadways in portions of central Georgia tonight into Saturday morning. Hazardous road conditions are expected to remain through Saturday morning. If you must travel, drive slow and keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency. Brief periods of freezing rain will also be possible this evening in portions of central Georgia.
