* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 8 inches and ice accumulations up to two tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. Visibilities may reduce to under a quarter of a mile at times due to blowing snow. * WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west central Kansas. * WHEN...Until 6 PM CST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening.
