Please be advised there is a scheduled a nighttime closure of the runway and taxiways on Wednesday, 2/19 from midnight-5:30am local time. There is an additional closure for Thursday, 2/20 from midnight-5:30am local time but it will most likely be canceled as it is a make-up date if needed. On October 14, California Governor Gavin Newsom signed bill Abx2-1 into law, empowering California regulators to set and adjust minimum petroleum product inventory levels for refiners in the state, in part to address the state's fuel price volatility. Shortly after, refiner Phillips 66 announced plans to close its Wilmington refinery in Los Angeles by the end of 2025, citing uncertainty surrounding the long-term sustainability of the refinery.

Reno Runway 17R-35L extended Closure
Reno ( RNO ) runways 17R - 35L are closed for an extended time ( Possibly a couple of months ). GA Pilots be aware of increased traffic for the other runways. Always check NOTAMS when planning to fly to RNO POC: Larry.D.Cheek@FAA.GOV
