Locally dense fog over the higher terrain of Schuylkill County will reduce visibilities to a quarter mile or less on Interstate 81. This will lead to drastically changing conditions for anyone traveling this afternoon. If traveling, expect rapidly changing conditions and areas of very poor visibility. Motorists are encouraged to increase distance between other vehicles and use low-beam headlights to alert other motorists of your presence. Conditions are expected to improve later this afternoon as winds begin to increase, allowing for fog to dissipate by 4 PM.

Black Moshannon State Park around 820 AM EST. For those driving on Interstate 80, this includes areas between the Penfield and Snow Shoe exits, specifically from mile markers 117 to 144, with the most snow falling between mile markers 130 and 140.
