FEMA is Now Accepting Applications for the Youth Preparedness Council CHICAGO – The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is committed to actively involving youth in preparedness-related activities through the Youth Preparedness Council (YPC) and is seeking applicants for 2021.
