Disaster Recovery Center Opens in McCracken County FRANKFORT, Ky. – A Disaster Recovery Center will open in McCracken County at 1 p.m. on April 30 to offer in-person support to Kentucky survivors who experienced loss as the result of the April severe storms, straight-line winds, flooding, landslides and mudslides. The new Disaster Recovery Center in McCracken County is located at: McCracken County Emergency Management Complex Training Room, 3700 Coleman Road, Paducah, KY 42001  Working hours are 1 - 7 p.m. Central Time April 30, and then 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Saturday and 1 - 7 p.m.
