Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2 Meteorological Summary: Today will mark the beginning of an active weather day across the Panhandle and Big Bend as the next frontal system develops along the lower Mississippi Valley and the Southeast U.S. Quick-moving showers have already developed this morning throughout the Panhandle and Big Bend but will become more scattered to widespread throughout the day as a warm front along the Gulf Coast moves northward (60-85% chance of rain). Make sure that FEMA has your current contact information and be aware that phone calls from FEMA may come from unidentified numbers.  If there are changes in your phone number, current address, banking or insurance information, let FEMA know as soon as possible or you may miss important telephone calls or correspondence.
