* WHAT...Snow continuing. Snowfall of 1 to 3 inches above 3,500 feet, 3 to 6 inches from 5000 to 7500 feet, and over 6 inches above 7500. The snow level will hover around 4,000 feet through today, lowering as low as 3,000 feet by early Friday morning. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph through this evening. * WHERE...San Bernardino County Mountains. * WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of Southwest California, including the following county, San Diego. * WHEN...Until midnight PST tonight. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Periods of moderate to heavy rain will bring localized flooding to streets and small streams, and other low lying areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 930 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. At 903 PM PST, radar indicated a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Poway to Tierrasanta to Point Loma. Movement was east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Public. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Chula Vista, El Cajon, National City, La Mesa, Poway, Imperial Beach, Ramona, Coronado, Alpine, Mission Valley, Hillcrest, North Park, Tierrasanta, Downtown San Diego, Point Loma, Midway District Including Lindbergh Field, Cuyamaca Rancho State Park, Santee, Lemon Grove, and Rancho San Diego.
