* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 19 below expected. * WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west central Kansas. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 8 inches and ice accumulations up to two tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. Visibilities may reduce to under a quarter of a mile at times due to blowing snow. * WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west central Kansas. * WHEN...Until 6 PM CST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening.
