Dry conditions and will lead to near-critical fire weather conditions today over much of northeast Minnesota this afternoon. Minimum relative humidity values of 20 to 25 percent are expected along with northwest winds gusting 10 to 20 mph. Together, these conditions could lead to the rapid spread of fires in areas without snow cover. Check burning restrictions and fire danger before burning.
