Additional snow accumulations between 4 and 8 inches. * WHERE...Crawford and Southern Erie Counties. * WHEN...Until 4 PM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities will fluctuate and may drop below 1/4 mile in the heavier snow bands. Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold conditions will continue with wind chill values in the single digits.

* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations between 6 and 10 inches within the most intense snow bands north of the NYS Thruway. Lesser amounts outside of strongest band. * WHERE...Madison, Northern Oneida, Onondaga, and Southern Oneida Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Constant snow removal will be necessary to keep up with rates.

* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches. * WHERE...Crawford, Northern Erie, and Southern Erie Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Plan on slippery road conditions.
