In northwest California, northeastern Mendocino. * WHEN...Until 100 PM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1042 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.

Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 2 feet. * WHERE...Northeastern Trinity. * WHEN...Until 10 PM PST this evening. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages.
