Total snow accumulations between 3 and 7 inches. * WHERE...Northern Oneida County. * WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 4 PM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The steadiest snow will be this evening, before mixing with rain overnight. Then, on Saturday, temperatures will fall from the mid 30s in early morning through the 20s during the day, icing over wet roads. Gusty snow showers Saturday will cause additional snow accumulations.

Two rounds of snow, one tonight with total accumulations 3 to 5 inches and the second round late Friday through Saturday morning with accumulations 4 to 8 inches. * WHERE...The Eastern Lake Ontario Region. The greatest snow accumulation on the Tug Hill Plateau, with much lower amounts across lower elevations. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and afternoon commute.
