Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2   Meteorological Summary: An active weather pattern can be expected throughout much of the day as an upper-level disturbance moves across the eastern gulf waters, then re-emerges off the Florida East Coast. Widespread rainfall, with instances of locally heavy downpours, can be expected throughout the Peninsula during the daytime hours as the disturbance approaches from the west (75-near 100% chance of rain). For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 13 to 18 feet. * WHERE...Cape Mendocino to Pt Arena 10 to 60 nm. * WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 3 AM to 9 AM PST Tuesday. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 3 AM PST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause damage to vessels.

* WHAT...West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph. * WHERE...Bordeaux area along Interstate 25 between Chugwater and Wheatland. * WHEN...Until 11 PM MST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers. In addition, areas of blowing snow could lead to reduced visibility, even whiteout conditions, and slick roads.
