In South Dakota, Beadle, Kingsbury, Brookings, Jerauld, Sanborn, Miner, Lake, Moody, Brule, Aurora, Davison, Hanson, McCook and Minnehaha. * WINDS...South 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 17 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly.
