At 808 PM MST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Walnut Grove, or 19 miles south of Prescott, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Walnut Grove, Palace Station, Wolf Creek Falls, Mt. Union, Wagoner, Wilhoit, and Copper Basin. This includes State Route 89 between mile markers 295 and 303.
