For the second Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 9 AM MDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

For the Small Craft Advisory, from 8 PM this evening to 6 AM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
