* WHAT...Areas of visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog. * WHERE...Orange County Coastal Areas, Orange County Inland Areas, San Diego County Coastal Areas, and San Diego County Valleys. * WHEN...Until 9 AM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dense fog will be most widespread over the mesas of San Diego County and other higher coastal terrain in Orange and San Diego County. By sunrise Friday morning, the dense fog could reach locations near sea level.
