For the Heavy Freezing Spray Warning, until 9 AM CST this morning. * IMPACTS...Operating a vessel in heavy freezing spray is hazardous. Freezing spray may render mechanical and electronic components inoperative. Rapid ice accretion on decks and superstructures may result in a catastrophic loss of stability.

* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in freezing fog. * WHERE...Foothills of the Blue Mountains of Oregon, and North Central Oregon. * WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of dense freezing fog have developed across north-central Oregon and the Foothills of the Blue Mountains of Oregon, including along Highways 97, 197, 11 and 207 as well as Interstate 84.
