Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Plan on slippery road conditions.

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 31 below will return again tonight through Sunday morning. * WHERE...Daniels, Eastern Roosevelt, Sheridan, and Western Roosevelt Counties. * WHEN...Until 10 AM MST Sunday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
