Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest wind gusts are expected to occur in the western half of each county, beginning late morning between Muskegon and Ludington, and ending late afternoon between Saugatuck and Grand Haven.

Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Visibility may be reduced to under one half of a mile at times in snow and blowing snow.

The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AFFECTED AREA...In North Dakota, Barnes, Cass, Ransom, Sargent and Richland. * WINDS...Southwest 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
