A clipper type system will bring impactful winter weather starting over the Devils Lake Basin Wednesday afternoon and across eastern North Dakota and northwest and west central Minnesota Wednesday evening into Thursday. Confidence is high in minor travel impacts across the region due to snow accumulations exceeding 2 inches, followed by drifting and localized blowing snow impacts after the snow ends Thursday.
