Total snow accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around a light glaze. * WHERE...Central Somerset County. * WHEN...From 4 AM to 10 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible due to icy road conditions. This is especially true on untreated side roads. Even light snowfall amounts can accumulate on roads and cause dangerous driving conditions due to snow covered roads. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute.

In New Hampshire, Northern Coos and Southern Coos Counties. * WHEN...Until 9 AM EST this morning. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
