Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will be over eastern Fergus county and the Judith and Snowy Mountains.

Accumulations mostly between 3 to 8 inches over other areas of higher terrain, including Bozeman Pass and Norris Hill. * WHERE...Big Belt, Bridger and Castle Mountains, Gallatin Valley, Gallatin and Madison County Mountains and Centennial Mountains, and Madison River Valley. * WHEN...Until 3 AM MDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Expect winter driving conditions. Special Weather Statement issued April 3 at 11:50AM MDT by NWS Great Falls MT

Light to moderate snow continues to impact much of Cascade and Judith Basin counties and sections of interstate 15 between Sieben and Dearborn. Additional snow accumulations will generally range from trace amounts up to a couple inches. The snow will reduce visibility to less than a mile at times. Also, road surfaces will be wet and may become slippery from brief slushy snow accumulation. Take care traveling and allow extra time to reach your destination.
