FEMA Offers Free Rebuilding Advice in Cocke and Hamblen Counties If you are repairing or rebuilding your home after Tropical Storm Helene, you can get free advice from FEMA to make your home safer and stronger in Cocke and Hamblen counties Dec. 9-21.  Mitigation Specialists will be on-hand to answer questions and offer home-improvement advice, along with proven methods to prevent or reduce damage from disasters. They will also offer tips and techniques on rebuilding hazard-resistant homes and provide information on flood insurance and elevating utility systems.
