* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 12 expected. * WHERE...Fort Bend, Inland Harris, Montgomery, and Waller Counties. * WHEN...Until 10 AM CST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chill values will be between 15 and 20 degrees through the evening, then dropping down to below 15 degrees tonight and into Thursday morning.

For the Extreme Cold Watch, from late Wednesday night through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. An extended period of freezing temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
