Total ice accumulations of two tenths to three tenths of an inch. * WHERE...Buchanan, Benton and Linn Counties. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 3 PM CST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...East-southeast winds will gust to around 20 to 30 mph during the freezing rain, which will put extra stress on tree branches. Additionally, expect temperatures to quickly warm from south to north late Saturday morning into the afternoon, which will help ice to melt faster once the freezing rain ends.
