Temperatures have dropped below zero and near ten below zero in some places this morning. Light winds have lead to sproadic wind chills of 20 below zero. There will be a short period through about 9 AM as winds increase and temperatures remain below zero when wind chills in the negative teens to negative 20 are possible.
