Re-freezing of snow melt is expected again overnight, as temperatures plummet into the 20's. This will create areas of slippery black ice, especially in places that have not already completely dried out or in places that have remained shaded through the day. This includes roadways that remain shaded by trees or by overpasses or anyplace on the shaded north side of buildings.
