Most access points to Wee Tee State Forest are cut off. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 830 PM EST Wednesday, the stage was 9.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Thursday morning to a crest of 10.2 feet Thursday morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Thursday evening. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
