Flash flooding is ongoing and local emergency managers reported flood waters from Quebrada Blafina affecting portions of road PR-887 near Plaza Carolina. The road is currently impassable. Since rains have been abundant in the last couple of days in Puerto Rico, soils are saturated and rivers are running high.
