ANOTHER STRONG WET FRONT IS EXPECTED FOR THE PANHANDLE LATE WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY NIGHT. FREEZING LEVELS ARE ALREADY HIGH AND SOIL AND RIVER CONDITIONS ARE ALREADY PRIMED FROM THE LAST FRONT EARLIER THIS WEEK. THE NEW FRONT WILL PUSH SNOW LEVELS EVEN HIGHER (4000 TO 5000 FT) AND ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS EXPECTED (1 TO 3 INCHES MORE THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT) THAT WILL ADD MORE SNOWMELT.
