UNION, NEWTON, SPURGER, TOWN BLUFF, WARREN, WIERGATE, AND WOODVILLE.

* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph expected. * WHERE...Portions of central, south central, and southwest Louisiana. * WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 5 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Louisiana...Texas... Sabine River Near Deweyville Additional information is available at www.weather.gov. The next statement will be issued Saturday evening at 745 PM CDT. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Sabine River near Deweyville. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Lowest roads beside the river flood around Deweyville and subject to being closed. In addition, low-lying roads in Southwest Beauregard Parish are flooded including Robert Clark Road. Flooding occurs on the south side of Niblett Bluff Park with access roads to camp houses cut off

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Additional snow accumulations between 8 and 16 inches possible with locally higher amounts up to 2 feet in the Upper Cottonwoods. * WHERE...Wasatch Mountains South of I-80. * WHEN...Until 6 PM MDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult at times. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Northwest flow and lake effect potential will help to keep snow going through Friday afternoon in the Upper Cottonwoods.
